AC foaming agent serie is well known as the most widely used and effective foaming agent for plastic and rubbers, such as PVC, PP, PE, EVA, ABS, PS, EPDM, SBR, NBR AND TPR.

The lead salt stabilizer for PVC foam board is white or slightly yellow dust. Soluble in toluene, ethanol and other solvents, insoluble in water, will decompose in case of strong acid
The pvc foaming regulator is also an acrylic processing aid. It has all the basic characteristics of the pvc processing aid. The only difference from the pvc general processing aid is the molecular weight. The molecular weight of the pvc foaming regulator is much higher than that of the general processing aid.
The properties are milky white or light yellow flakes or flowable powder, non-toxic and tasteless, insoluble in water, soluble in tributyl phosphate and chloroform, melting point 42-48℃, flash point>225℃, volatility: (96 hours/90 ℃) )<1%, this product can be used as PVC internal lubricant to produce various PVC products.
