Improving Foam Quality with Advanced PVC Foaming Agents
In the production of SPC boards, PE molding, and EVA molding, one of the most common challenges manufacturers encounter is the appearance of irregular foam cells. These issues are often caused by factors such as excessive moisture in recycled materials or the use of certain fillers. In such cases, the inner wall of the foam cell tends to be extremely smooth, leading to unstable product performance and reduced quality.
In the PVC and WPC industry, manufacturers often encounter production challenges caused by mismatched formulations.
