Product Introduction
Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPE, Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) is a kind of polymer material obtained by chlorination modification of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), it is an impact modifier chlorinated from HDPE, it can significantly improve the toughness and impact performance of PVC products, and at the same time, it can effectively promote the plasticization of PCV materials and improve its processing performance. At the same time, it can effectively promote the plasticization of PCV material and improve its processing performance, which is a kind of general impact modifier with high cost performance. It is a saturated thermoplastic resin with irregular structure, and has good extrusion fluidity when mixed with PVC.

Applications 
1.  Used in the manufacture of magnetic tape, magnetic strips for electric motors, various calendered magnetic signs; 
2. Used as special synthetic rubber, can also be used as a modifier of general synthetic rubber and plasticizer for PVC and other plastic products; 
3. Used in the manufacture of a variety of wire and cable sheaths, hoses, flame-retardant transport belts, rubber miscellaneous goods, rubber sealing strips, roofing waterproofing rolls 
4. Used as a flame-retardant modifier for ABS products and an impact modifier for PVC materials. Packing and storage

Packaging & Storage
This product is 25KG/bag, the external product is a plastic woven bag, and the inner packaging is a plastic bag. This product is non-toxic and non-corrosive solid. It is a non-dangerous product. It should be transported as a non-dangerous product and should be protected from sun and rain. This product is stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight. The shelf life is 12 months. After passing the inspection after exceeding the shelf life, it can still be used. 

Application features
1.High temperature resistance: more resistant to high temperature than ordinary PVC, long-term use temperature up to 90~110°C, short-term 120°C. 
2.Chemical resistance: better resistance to acid, alkali, salt, oxidizing agents, etc..
3.Flame retardant: high chlorine content, self-extinguishing, in line with the standards for flame retardant materials.
4.Good flexibility: Compared with PVC, CPE has stronger toughness and better impact resistance.
5.Excellent processing performance: it can be processed and molded by extrusion, injection molding, calendering and so on.
