Product Introduction  
Stearic acid Its properties include lubricating, emulsifying, stabilizing and hydrophobicity, and it is mainly used as a lubricant, release agent, dispersing agent, stabilizing and activating agent in the rubber and plastic industries.

Packaging & Storage
This product is 25KG/bag, the external product is a plastic woven bag, and the inner packaging is a plastic bag. This product is non-toxic and non-corrosive solid. It is a non-dangerous product. It should be transported as a non-dangerous product and should be protected from sun and rain. This product is stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight. The shelf life is 12 months. After passing the inspection after exceeding the shelf life, it can still be used. 

Application Characteristics 
1. Lubricant (internal/external lubrication) 
PVC Processing: 
Reduce the friction between the melt and the screw/die to improve the extrusion or injection molding efficiency.
Prevents thermal decomposition of PVC.
PP/PE Processing: 
Improve melt flow, reduce energy consumption, and improve product surface gloss.
2. Mold release agent 
Prevent plastic from sticking to the mold in injection, calendering, blow molding and other processes, improve production efficiency.
3. Stabilizer component (for PVC) 
Compound with calcium stearate (CaSt), zinc stearate (ZnSt), etc., as a heat stabilizer, to prevent PVC from degradation and yellowing during processing.
4. Color masterbatch dispersant 
In color masterbatch or functional masterbatch (e.g. anti-UV masterbatch), it helps pigment or auxiliary to disperse evenly to avoid color difference or spots.
